Due to the intimate nature of the home studio, Hella Kitty Records is not open to the public. Hella Kitty Records was originally set up as an umbrella dba for both of Madeline Roa’s music projects.

However, she is accepting recording requests from poets within her networking community. (Ie..she has to know you personally.)

Due to a limited amount of free time, she is also only accepting recording requests from spoken word poets at this time and not musicians.

She is also accepting requests, time permitting, for custom beats for spoken word poets.

If your recording requests are accepted, the rates are as follows (rates include mixing):



Type of Request and Rates:

Spoken Word Only: $15 per piece (One track)

Spoken Word with your own beat track: $20 per piece (2 tracks)

Custom Beat track: Starting at $100 & up depending on number of tracks used and how elaborate the musical composition becomes. (i.e. keyboard = One track, each percussion for the beat = One track; such as bass drum= One track, snare= One track, etc. A basic $100 beat track = 3 tracks. Example: One keyboard & 2 percussive instruments. Vocal rates above also apply per recording.

Work for hire vocals: Starting at $25 for One track & up depending on how many layers (tracks) of background vocals you would like (i.e. each level of harmony = One track).
